Fred Lenny's Bios

There is a relatively small segment of leaders in the business world; individuals who seem able to build relationships, trust, and rapport with almost anyone, and then are able to broker the relationships and make connections between people, creating partnerships and alliances, and motivating forward momentum to "get things done."

Fred Lenny is one of those people, and "getting things done" and driving results—through collaboration, partnerships, and relationships—as a Business Analyst/Project Manager in the technology industry, is what he is all about. With an enthusiastic and genuinely friendly attitude, Fred radiates a sincere passion for delivering value and benefits to his customers.

After working for 10 years at Raytheon in Goleta CA, as a Sr. Engineering Design Coordinator/Manager Fred earned his B.A. in Interactive Multimedia Art and Technology from Cal State University Northridge, CA (CSUN), and spent two years as a Technical Consultant to the Director of On-Line Education at CSUN. Fred's career quickly accelerated over the next 13 years to the executive level, and has expanded far beyond project management to Director of Web services and development at the leading manufacturer of awards and trophies components in the world.

Promoted in his ten-year tenure with PDU as Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager, culminating in an executive position, Fred's contributions centered on spearheading development and delivery of Web services and improving IT operations. But more importantly, he focused on building long-lasting, loyal relationships within the industry, on developing digital programs to meet market demands and help deepen market penetration, and on coordinating teams of experts, strategic business partners, account executives, efficiency, performance and staff relations to deliver programs, services, and tailored customer solutions.

Prior to PDU, Fred worked as a Web Developer Lead at VillageEDOC, where he managed and mentored UI designers and development teams. Fred initiated and drove a significant reduction in processing time and captured significant cost savings through capability enhancements. In his final role he managed the daily web operations, development, design and online marketing campaigns generating aggregated annual revenue of $1.5 million and with leadership responsibility over a web and application development teams.

Throughout it all, Fred has repeatedly proved his ability to lead through diverse and challenging situations. As a Project Manager and Producer, he is an excellent agent of change and has a documented track record of accomplishments that include the turnaround of chaotic and struggling operations; start-up and management of new campaigns; creation and launch of new Web projects; and growth and expansion of mature, established operations.

Today, Fred resides in Orange County, CA, centrally located between Los Angeles and San Diego CA. He is seeking his next opportunity and step in his executive career. As he has top-notch qualifications working across the entire IT continuum—providers, and customers—it is challenging to put his skills in a "box." But what is absolutely clear, is that he has a great deal of value to offer the right company, and while the actual job title may vary, it will almost certainly include some combination of strategic planning, operations, partnership and alliance building, account management and customer relations, marketing, and business strategies.
