Plastic Dress-Up Company offers its products through a network of trophy dealers and promotional product distributors. The company was founded in 1960 and is based in South El Monte, California. With a revenue of more than $100 million and employees 0ver 500 employee in North America with manufacturing plants in Los Angeles, CA and China.

The company required a cost effective B2B and B2C application to allow thousands of dealers to purchase products, manage delivery cost and schedules, maintain inventory and provide product marketing resource to its dealers.

As Business Analyst/Project Manager, Fred collaborated with top level executives and stakeholders to create and develop business and system requirements, project scope, priorities and timelines.

Fred assembled a cross-functional team, a plan with a timeline was created to manage the development of a complex application to handle millions of orders and access the manufacturing legacy database to alert purchasing and manufacturing to order materials and start up productions as required.

The efforts for the consumer site continue to play a significant role in the success of increased sales.

Initiate, created and managed the “Build Your Trophy” dealer branded consumer web site product. The success of this initiative allowed dealers to have web presences and promoted company products.
